Today marks the last day of our Shattering Stigmas mental health event, and I just want to take this time to thank you all for another great edition!
First of all, a big thank you to Shannon @ It Starts At Midnight for founding the idea of Shattering Stigmas and for trusting me with hosting this wonderful event with her twice in a row. You’re an amazing person and I love you to bits.
Many thanks to our fellow co-hosters:
For helping us host this event and for creating really great content. We couldn’t have done it without you. Well, maybe we could have, but it wouldn’t have been as good! You’ve been absolutely kickass and it’s been so much fun talking to you guys. Also, apologies for having to wade through the chaos that is Shannon and my organisational skills.
Also a MASSIVE thank you to every single person who wrote a guest post for us – you’ve helped us broaden the horizons of this event and added more diversity to our topics. An especially big hug from me goes to Rebecca @ Vicariously! who wrote incredibly brave posts that weren’t easy to read or write – Rebecca, you are fantastic.
We appreciate all the authors who joined in with making a stand to shatter these stigmas – mental health is such an important topic and you’re all brilliant for talking and writing about it. For me, this was Kelsey Macke, who promptly reached out with an offer to help – I got to read Damsel Distressed and had a really great Q&A with her.
Last but not least – a big thanks to you, our reader, for the overwhelmingly positive feedback. Your comments have made our day and we love talking and discussing with you. We hope you’ve enjoyed our posts; maybe you found yourself in some of the stories. Maybe you learned something new. In any case, hopefully it was valuable. That’s why we do what we do.
Thank you. ♥
Don’t forget that you can still enter to win one of the books mentioned in any of our posts! We’ll have FIVE winners – FOUR international and ONE US only.
